An eight-week mindfulness & yoga series designed specifically for Tweens & Teens (ages 12 - 18) to teach them life skills to cope with the stress and anxiety of growing up. They will learn how to relax their minds and strengthen their bodies by an introduction to the principles of Mindfulness and the eight limbs of yoga.
